Summer Tips to Keep You Healthy
Dreaming about laying back on the sun lounger, sand between your toes and cocktail in hand. The sun's rays feel good right? But they're no friend to your skin. Though you won't see it right away, they give you wrinkles and age spots, and they're the top cause of skin cancer! Overexposure to UV rays from the sun or sunbeds is the number one cause of developing skin cancer. You need to make sure you are doing everything that you can to protect yourselves so that you can enjoy your time in the sun. With the approach of Sun Awareness Week, we thought it would be the perfect time to share with you some of our top tips for staying safe in the sun this summer. 1.
